Each remote is different of each TV. Most of the remotes with the NetTV feature can use this remote found at encompassparts com just enter your model number to locate the remote.

my youtube keeps saying the internet isnt working with this tv but everything else works. know any troubleshooting that can fix this?

Remove the power to your TV and router and modem. Wait one minute then plug them all back in. Plug in the modem, router, and then the TV. Try and connection the TV again and see what happens. Also what model is your router?

@rwcraft1 Apps can't not be downloaded to NetTV. Each device has a set number of apps. Sometimes new apps are added via software update, but there is no app store to download more apps from.

After you connect the TV to the network. Select NetTv from the Menu and choose Netflix. Follow the on-screen directions.
