Sir, मैं कुछ दिनों से बिना अधिवक्ता के अपना प्रकरण देख रहा हूँ, प्रसंगानुसार कुछ तथ्यों पर आज मेरे द्वारा Order 6 Rule 17 का आवेदन भोपाल कोर्ट में प्रस्तुत करने के बाद आपका मार्गदर्शन सविनय अपेक्षित है:-

1. मुझे नमूना संशोधित वाद-प्रति लौटा दी गई एवं यह कहा गया कि अभी इसकी आवश्यकता नहीं है, तो क्या संशोधित वाद-प्रति का नमूना आवेदन स्वीकृत होने से पूर्व संलग्न करना अनिवार्य नहीं है?

2. मुझे विपक्षी वकील साहब ने गाइड किया कि संशोधन योग्य मैटर को ग्रीन पेपर पर ग्रीन piece of paper के साथ ही चिपकाना होगा। मैंने उनसे निवेदन किया कि अब तो व्हाइट A4 size पेपर भी सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के मुताबिक मान्य है, तो उन्होंने असहमति व्यक्त की। कृपया A3 ग्रीन पेपर की अनिवार्यता एवं piece of correction/addition को चिपकाने पर प्रकाश डालें। 🙏
