if the crime happened in Spain, why is he indicted here and not there? if so, why has the US never indicted any foreign government officials for the assassination of US citizens overseas? Also, if a crime happens here (let's say a couple from Spain comes to Miami and the ex husband murders her) are the Spanish Courts going to indict him for a crime that happened 4000 miles away? I am just curious about international law.
