Never thought I'd come back almost a decade later to find out that BEN was never the bad guy. He was the victim, who tried his best to plead with Jadusable to prevent something far worse from rising.

I'm terrified, and yet, I want to cry because it reminds me of 2010 -- the good times. The times where my ex-girlfriend and I watched every video, made fan vids (I did one with Roky Erickson), looked up every theory and detail.

Thanks man, good to have your creative ass back, I'm just sorry about the circumstances that led us here. I'm glad you did that.

It never made full sense to me, why BEN would torment Jadusable only to kill him. Now it makes sense.

BEN isn't the ultimate threat here. He's a tool of the Father. And he is very afraid of him

I have a of theories. The main thing I'm thinking is that the Moon Children flat out said it "We Are Ben". The Father has always been a being higher than the rest of the Moon Children and BEN, in the original run, had been drowned as a part of ritual. I'm thinking BEN became a collective soul for the Moon Children, while the Father is still controlling things from above. This would explain why BEN always tormented Jadus and, by extension, us. BEN wasn't the enemy, but a collective consciousness trying to stop us from "waking the Father", or disturbing his plans as that would not only draw attention to us, but also cause widespread disaster. I'm also thinking we're missing something about Kelbris' ascension, given the context of this. He was another soul that was used as part of ritual and is far more connected to The Father.
