This is an unboxing of some marbles we purchased from Amazon. The quality is decent for marble racing. I really enjoyed the marbles. I am looking forward to getting more marbles and if you know where I can get some marbles that are cool please let me know.

I like the marble tin....it looks vintage... 1900s most likely....there should be a date on the can.

A company made 'cloudies', they were opaque but had the streaking seen here. Have not seen those in a while other than here now. 'Zebras'. 'Aggies' (agate marbles) I have not seen lately.

I wonder where these were actually made, some of them are actually pretty cool.

I got white, blue and green base with tri-color patched patterns, those really cool translucent cobalt blues and some basic tri-color cats eyes as well as the blue 8 vein caged cats eyes.

If you want some high quality marbles at a good price, try to get Vacor Mega Marbles.

If you want some absolutely sick collector marbles try Jabo and the like, Sisterville, Peltier, Acro, etc.

My age 71yr old my grandsons found my box of marbles I had as a boy they took all my nice ones they don't even play with marbles my daughter will end up chucking them in the bin Alec from Scotland

One day I might start collecting hand made marbles, but they seem very expensive for now.

But in the meantime, I’m very interested in finding the highest quality Factory made marbles. There is something about mass manufactured anything that appeals to me.

Is there a brand made in a particular factory in a particular country that is known as the highest grade mass manufactured marbles.

I also have some faint worry that marbles made in some dodgy unknown factory might have some random toxic ingredient. Although I’m guessing that’s pretty rare these days after they stopped using led back in the day.
