no, one of the major plot points was that HIS POWERS DON'T WORK AT THE TVA.

Once he leaves the TVA on a mission, yeah, then he's just not bothering to change, but anytime he is AT the TVA his powers wont work.

They’re were definitely some things they missed but hopefully they will double check to make sure they’re isn’t anything unanswered in the next season. I’m still a big fan of the show and honestly the directors did a great job. It’s super tough to catch everything since marvel is so complex, but the show was still amazing in the end.
