For anyone wondering if this is an Anime, I'll dissapoint you and say its not.
Translating the source of the background I noticed people are talking about something called "A Thousand Nights" which is like a series of illustrations.
There is a connection to some of the girls wearing crystal necklaces and its something called the "Seeker Brigade".


Edit: "A Thousand Nights" is actually the author of the series of pictures for Pixiv Fantasia T. The actual name if the series is Mafia: The Brigade Of Knowledge Seekers.
