We also explain how to leverage the KPI portlet to get more detailed information on customers, leads, quota attainment and more. Next, we demonstrate how sales reps use NetSuite CRM to manage individual customers, and we'll reveal how to track customer transactions and other activities, like phone calls and events. Lastly, we'll explain how sales managers can leverage the portlet to track KPIs that are specific to their role, like sales, quota attainment and forecast, and how to split those KPIs by territory, rep, team and more.
