Israel biggest weakness is that it is solely a tribal society without too much diversity. Iran on the hand has Jews, Armenians and Kurds and others that are also persecuted. These could be Iran's weak points but Iranians by endorsing diversity and fighting for human rights can challenge Israel's abuse of human rights in minds of Israelis and the west. All this given that the war does not happen and Iranians could slowly push for a regime change.

Is this only a show? Maybe Russia and U.S agreed to deescalate war in Syria but the Iranian military bases must decrease. In return, Iran will gain the popularity of people in Arabic speaking nations as Israel attacks Iran . So it could be a win-win situation for all sides.
