It works, but it doesn't work well with natural workflow. If folks are like me, they've got multiple browser windows open, and often they need to switch between just two of them, back and forth. The command-` keystroke is like going forward in your list of windows, and command-shift-` is like going back. So you have to remember, when going from window A to window B, you have to do command-`, but when going B to A its command-shift-`. This is really confusing. There should be "last window you had open" keystroke. This all also applies to switching between apps.

yes I hated to keep dragging back and forth or using the change desktop way
