Short update : I had a dream yesterday in which the optician said that my glasses power is reduced by 1 diopter

Context : I started using this from 14 July and i listen for 6 times . I sometimes skip cause of work or not getting enough time but till then it stays permanent until i use it again ( cause then the results update ofcourse 💅)

Pro tip : instead of affirming "I have perfect vision" say

"My eyesight is improving every second" Its just a way of tricking your brain to give you results a bit faster than usual

One more thing : I listen it only once in a day means i either listen it in the afternoon or just skip it sometimes . You can listen to it as many times and whenever you want to ✨
