I can’t imagine how hard it is to be in North Korea! The constant surveillance, limited access to information, and lack of freedom must be incredibly challenging. The strict government control over every aspect of life must make it difficult to express oneself or have personal autonomy. The constant fear of punishment or retribution for any perceived wrong must create a constant state of anxiety. The lack of basic necessities, such as food and electricity, must make everyday life a struggle.😢

I met a girl from North Korea when I was young. She was really kind and was pretty rich. She had a big house with many dogs, her dad is probably from some goverment thing. I hope she is doing good :(

Most communist countries in the world were similar in terms of strictness to North Korea a few decades ago (such as Mao's China 50's and 60's, postwar socialist Vietnam 70's and 80's) however they eventually democratised and opened up world.
