Vishay VCNL3865T (Sensors) - Tech Specs | TTI, Inc

The VCNL36825t proximity sensor from the Opto group of Vishay Semiconductor is super tiny at 2.0 mm x 1.25 mm x 0.5 mm in height, it integrates a vertical cavity surface emitting laser, proximity detector, and signal conditioning IC. The sensor supports a programmable interrupt function so the controller doesn’t have to constantly poll for data. It also features programmable emitter for current to control the sensing range, has a low-power consumption mode, and has adjustable persistence to prevent false triggers. It communicates to the controller via I^2C
