Considering a company with 1/10 the operating income and only 50% the total revenue of Nvidia, that also has to compete with Intel, a company with 10x the manpower, 10x the revenue and 25x the R&D budget, can even come close to offering a product to compete with both simultaneously is astonishing, but nobody seems to care.

I'm really really impressed. AMD is like a phoenix that rises from the ashes. Years of "good but not enough" products to compete with Intel and NVIDIA, years of bad marketing and bad adverstising.

What's happened to AMD?
This year they revealed Ryzen 3 5 and 7, the incredible Threadripper, AMD Vega and a hole new way of doing advertising.

I'm glad and impressed. GO AMD GO!

I know amd is late but you need to know Nvidia was working on 10 series gpus waaaay before they were released, developing gpus took a long time and i can say that customers give no damn respect to the work

what are the differences among the different vega (frontier, instinct, pro and RX)? why so many types? used to be just radeon and radeon pro

I'm not much of a gamer but, I bet this thing is really good for rendering in After Effects, photoshop and 3d modeling software.

Is vega64 faster than a Titan XP? doubtfull
but you can buy two Vegas for the price of a titan XP.

1080 perf is pretty good but it took too long to arrive. I'm still gonna go red team on this but damn they almost dropped the ball

I guess wont go to a 1080ti what the hell if the price is right on the custom pcb cards i will go vega the power consampion is almost the same at my R9 290 anyway :P . i wanited since fiji to get and hbm card and i can get so many new technologies on this gpu. Hell yea i am grabbing one !
