SEN TenZ just shows the best way to win after losing a pistol round with this force buy. He knows that stinger is actually still a broken gun and it's cheaper than the spectre. In his valorant tracker, the amount that he used stinger is 10x more than the time he uses spectre. That's actually crazy.

Stinger over spectre. Stinger has better first 5 grouping and decent recoil management for 6-9, spectre has ok accuracy 1-3, 4 goes high then it's left and right spread with no rhyme or reason. Spectre is good for close quarters but stinger does the same thing just faster. Damage fall off at range spectre wins but you're not supposed to be playing the spectre like a phantom at range. The same range you'd excel with the stinger the spectre plays in that area so just choose the cost effective weapon. Choose your fights, don't spray and pray.

Personally, I prefer the stinger for the exact reason TenZ points out. It's really good for getting that one kill, and it's really cheap, making it crazy on half-buys

I personally don't like using Stinger, mainly because it's kind bad for shooting more than two targets. And that's if you're landing all your shots for those two targets; otherwise, Spectre can get 3-4 kills with one clip.

Stinger works really fucking good if you hit shots if not your fucked 😂 clip comes out so fast you run out of bullets before you can adjust spray😂

Was the stinger secretly buffed? I swear last time I used it (after the last nerf) it didn't feel like you couldn't kill more than one before being traded, I thought spectre was the go to buy on 2nd round if you won pistol round.

Honestly because players like this everything gets nerfed for no reason, like the shorty example, it isn't that broken, it's situational and most of the times you can't even get a kill with it. With this nerf it won't be used anymore so might aswell just remove it from the game. (The same happened with ares aswell and that gun is unusable now).
