The Judiciary system needs to be cleaned and sanitized. The CJ Gertrude Sackey Tukornor in my opinion is very corrupt and was using her position to do the bidding of the NPP government. She should be sacked and prosecuted or she should just resign. Ghanaians have lost trust in our court system.

Prima facie is Latin for "at first sight, ” or “on the face of it.” More simply put, a prima facie case means that the claim being presented to a court has merit, when taken at face value. ACE ANKOMA is wrong to say that the president ough to give a copy of the petition to the CJ. The constitution never said that. what ACE is relying on to make that statement is a judgement by JUSTICE DARTE BAAH. However, that judgement is not superior to the constitution. The same supreme court can depart from DARTE BAAH'S judgement but they cannot depart from what the constitution says.

Cos per what you read,
1. The president should 1st forward the petition to the council of state, of which he's done that and a Prima facie should be established and in sure that when the CJ will be heard to help established the prima facie.
