'Meadow Sage' Salvia Lubeca, Winter Cut Back -December 7

These Meadow Sage plants have been in blooms all summer. I just deadhead the flowers that have done blooming. This encourages more blooms. Now that temperature has dropped. We have had frost and snow. Their leaves are turning soft and will soon become mushy. This is the best time to cut back. Cut all stems at ground level. The new leaves will serve as tell-tale as to their whereabouts.
