If they outlaw the Bible then the Constitution of the United States and the first amendment have gone down the crapper. What did Isaiah say? When the enemy comes in like a flood, you raise up a standard against them which is Jesus Christ and Him crucified. There's victory in your faith. 1 John 5:4, "For whosoever is born of God overcomes the world: and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith."

Romans 13 has a much different application here in America. Our government is not our elected servants but rather the constitution, the declaration of independence and the enumerated laws. When our servants violate their oaths then they become criminals and for us to resist them we are being obedient to Romans 13.
