There used to be a Kenny Rogers lookalike contest, and my daughter and I would go to the website and each pick out who we thought came the closest. After his plastic surgery, we joked that even Kenny Rogers himself couldn't win that contest. Sad. I used to love his crinkly eyes.

Facial surgery rarely end up looking good. If you do one single slight adjustment perhaps but it doesn't take much before things starts looking creepy. Dunno why these people never learn, it's not like there's a lack of horror cases.

It's a shame. He had the kind of masculine face that ages gracefully. Makes you wonder where his friends or family were when he was initially contemplating whether or not he truly needed any work in the first place. Success and vanity can lead you too do some pretty desperate things I suppose. I'll never know. One of the upsides to being dirt poor all my life.
