Virginia Beach parents learn about guidance for phone use in schools

"I'm trying to be supportive of it, but I'm still a parent, and I worry." Cell phone use will be heavily restricted or completely banned in Virginia schools by Jan. 1, so parents joined a meeting in Virginia Beach tonight to learn more about what the division is planning for their kids.
