P0638 Fiat Ducato Hymer throttle body

Changing the throttle body to clear that code. Easier than it looks

This totally helped me out! My motorhome has been off the road for months and the additional Wiring loom didn't figure out as it had 3 wires coming of it as you said. Just added it inline with teh original and it worked a treat though - Cheers!

Going by the colour coded wires in the extension lead, they look the same both ends.

I bought a new one, it doesn't work. The engine check is on.
