Best Smart Scale - Withings Cardio, QardioBase, Xiaomi Mi Body Scale

I've selected my favourite scales to test out and find the best one, including Withings Cardio, QardioBase and the new Xiaomi Mi Body Scale. The benefits of quantifying yourself are clear and scales are probably one fo the oldest methods of doing that as it goes back to the 18th century. It helps one understand how well they're progressing towards the goal, i.e. lose weight, gain weight, change body composition, gain muscle, lose fat etc. Scales have involved a lot and show you much more than just weight, including fat, muscle, water, bone mass etc.

You should compare the three scales with one credible/high end/expensive/professional scale to see if the parameters and measurement are correct or not..comparing those three among themselves will not tell the accuracy of the measurement

Great review. The xiaomi scale is on sale ao i was wondering if it's any good. Bought a digital scale some time ago and it's way too inconsistent.
