Apparently now the overseas also have to give the NMDCAT and apply over international seats
But make sure to confirm from your university as these policies are very volatile.

By the way if any of you are dual nationals, please apply through PTAP, you'll get into DMC without having to compete on merit, and you'll pay the same fees as locals in PKR. An aggregate of around 80%+ is enough for DMC via those seats.

U didn't say what will happen to those, who cannot simply make it in the first 240's...I think they will have a chance to go to jinnah hospital/medical university...etc...
