Mark Zuckerberg earns a 1 dollar salary and its not for some righteous meaning, in fact it’s the secret behind why many billionaires pay less tax than you.
Propublica obtained the IRS details of some serious billionaires and found how 25 of the richest americans paid less as a percentage of income compared to most americans.
Whilst as a percentage of wealth their taxes are low, taxing based on wealth is very complicated and would really impact the average person more than it would a billionaire, so for me the biggest issue with these leaked documents is how they minimised their real taxes as a percentage of their income.

Seems like some people might get the idea to be paid in stocks rather than income and use Carry forward to offset losses

Angers me completely. They should be all audited to hell. Moreover there should be a tax law revisions to prevent such rampant loop holes used from all the acccounts and tax professionals as they are the ones that are putting all these methods to practice.
