You have to disable the PIN-kode on the SIM card.
But otherwise this product is useless.

It does not use GPS to locate position but use the GSM cell towers.

In practice, the accuracy is not good enough. It is often up to 1000 meters off.

i bought too. the issue is it gives not exact location. MOL 2 to 3km away fr the origin

i have different problem.audio listening works fine, but location is not working, i got it to send me the maps link back twice, but even then, the pin shows in the middle of the globe.anyone now a solution other then crushing this junk??

Kata temen ku jangan beli gps online karna gps yg asli itu harga nya sampai 500 ribu, jadi yg kalian beli itu palsu yg asli itu ada tapi mahal..

Try to do it without the SD card... or disable the PIN code on the sim

I have same issue, i canceled pin, and iam ussing vodafone, do you know why its do that? Iam usin 8gb memory card. How the bigest card do you ussing?
