Playthrough by TesseracT's bass player, Amos Williams, using his signature AW5 Kiesel bass guitar, and the new Darkglass 'Hyper Luminal' compressor pedal. 'Luminary' is the lead single from TesseracT's 4th studio album 'Sonder', available worldwide via Kscope.

Also used in the playthrough is the Darkglass 'Alpha Omega' distortion pedal. Signal chain AW5 - AO - HL - DAW. Recorded using D'Addarrio NYXL long scale nickel bass strings (.130T, .100, .080, .065, .045) tuned A, E, A, D, G.

Filmed using the Blackmagic Design 2.5k Cinema Camera, Metabones EF-MFT speedbooster, and Canon 35mm 1:2.0 EF. Edited using Davinci Resolve 15.

Recorded using Avid Pro Tools through RME's UC I/O.

I would be interested to know the specs of that bass, if you can. I'm looking to buy a Vader and I really like the look of yours!

Is it a lot of post production to minimize the string "squeaking" while he's sliding up and down the neck, or is it just immaculate technique? I love this video.
