This machine can prepare upto 1100-1200 rice seedlings nursery trays in an hour, in either 24cms or 30cms tray widths.

The rice transplanter machine uses these trays to transplant rice seedlings onto the field.

On an average, 3 people can produce mat nursery trays. During the nursery tray preparation process, the machine spreads the bed soil evenly on the tray, sow rice seeds, then spread the top layer of soil.

The user can take away trays easily since it has comfortable working height.

Every hopper has a quantity adjusting knob. You can adjust the quantity of sand and seed accordingly.
