To grow healthy peas, they need a sunny spot sheltered from strong winds. As a cool-season crop, peas thrive in cooler temperatures but can struggle when it gets too hot—anything above 30ºC can stress the plants, leading to pests and diseases. 🥵

When to sow? 🌱
* Cool to warm temperate climates: March to August
* Warmer areas: April to July
* Cold areas with heavy frosts: September to October

And don’t forget about the soil! Peas prefer well-draining soil—no ‘wet feet’ for these plants! Raised beds or mounded soil can help prevent waterlogging and keep your peas happy.
