U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken addressed the U.N. Security Council on Wednesday, accusing Russia of committing war crimes on a daily basis. Russian Foreign Affairs Minister Sergei Lavrov followed Blinken's address with remarks of his own.

The United States offers Russia to withdraw troops from Ukraine, and then the war in Ukraine will end, but if the United States stops sending weapons and the NATO alliance falls apart, then the war will end not only in Ukraine, but throughout the world.
