I would like to have learned how cats were domesticated. I've always found that particularly interesting, since cats tend to be more solitary rather than social animals.

When you were listing cattle, horses, sheep, pigs, etc.. and got to chickens, you showed a picture of turkeys, not chickens. I raise various kinds of poultry, I kinda notice things like that. ;-)
As for the rest of the video, not a whole lot I didn't already know, but put together concisely and with enough entertainment value to make it better than dry textbooks. :-)
