Top reviews from the United States.

Great satellite if you read the manual.
Ok I completely forgot this was a two mode satellite. I keep on trying to connect to my orbi and it would not show up with the rest of them. I tried and tried then I remember it was a two mode satellite. It comes out of the box in extender mode. So I had to change it to orbi mode. Took me a while but it was in the manual. Once I changed it to orbi mode my orbi router found it. This is my 2nd orbi alexa. The first one was set to orbi mode and router found it really fast no problem. It was a fast and easy installation. I did find on the 1st one they had a beta firmware that made alexa work better that was not pushed out. Well because it's a beta firmware. So if your having problems with this alexa go and see if the beta firmware helps your problems. I also did the firmware update to this 2nd orbi alexa and it installed with no problem. Now I have connection to wifi all over my house. I was wondering why this alexa got so many bad reviews when my first one worked so good. Now I know why. It may be because people dont read the manual. It tells you want mode you are in if you read it and tells you how to switch modes. I have not had any problems with the different things I have on wifi or plugged if it's set up correctly.
