fraud comp as it goes. I rented a furniture and it expired on 31 st Dec 2023 and I placed a return req on 1st Jan and the return has been successful however they billed me for next 3 mnths saying that I place a request on 1st Jan. auto rene shouldn't have been done .

Terrible customer service, absolutely waste of time. They are not at all professional and its exremely frustrating. It was a mistake to opt for Furlenco services as they have extremely poor support system. They should be reported in consumer court for cheating customers with bad products. Infact, I am intending to it by next week as they gave me a turn around time to resolve my issue. NO HOPES

very bad experience i booked for 3 months and no pick up had happened, customer support is zero and nobody i bothered about the service and i stay in rented house and vacated the house but still furniture had not picked due to which house owner charged 1 month extra rent and still they have not picked the same

Terrible unethical practices. They allow you to rent for a month and insist you rent for 3 months minimum. The terms are not clear. To top it all for renting for a month you pay a premium. Other rentals are upfront about the tenure. This is an unpleasant experience for me to say the least. Very disappointed that such businesses are present

Lousiest customer care. Infact they don't treat customers as people. They treat us as beggars. You cannot get in touch with anyone. No date or time of delivery as mentioned in this video. Nobody calls.

Shit experience with furlenco i rented fridge for 12 months and the fridge has stopped working in 2 days. Customer support is zero and i dont know how to get my money back

Very bad experience, the team is not picking calls, I had scheduled delivery for yesterday as it was my last day. I scheduled it 2 weeks back. The team called me up to tell me the delivery was confirmed and then on the day of delivery no one showed up. My house rental lease expired yesterday and I have to pay extra because of furlenco. This is highly unprofessional and unethical. Don't recommend it at all. Very bad experience

They don't have proper logistics in mumbai.pathetic company.they don't pick up the furniture on time and charge extra.not at all worth
