Menace Showcase (Solo Top 20) ~ By MannyHeffley

This is has been my main project for the past few months. It all started with the idea of making a level to an original song. It took a couple tries but i finally got to a point where I was comfortable with the track I made. The overall GD process went pretty quick, taking a bit over a month. This level will be verified by @whizkid0521! He currently has other projects he is working on so it may take awhile before this is beaten. As always, thank you to @UnliMiteR for recording the showcase.

The level's meaning is tied to a existential question I had regarding morality and all things similar. "Should I let go of morality, and if I do, what will I become?" The level contains a bit of a "poem" I made. It's in parenthesis because I don't really consider it to be a poem. I wrote it after finishing majority of the decoration.

Present reality is not aligned with what was preordained

This does not mean that meaning fluctuates

And circumstance to those unaltered

And that truth is parallel to our meaning
Existing without the divine
This is my only belief
One of verity
One of a menace

I'll leave everything else up to interpretation. I don't find it very fun to have everything right in front of your face. I appreciate all of you watching! I hope you enjoy the level :))

To do that, I have to go through a distribution service which usually requires a monthly subscription if you want to upload anything. This may be not only one of the most technically impressive levels of all time but also one of the best. It's not always that you see a level that is "technically impressive" but also has soul. This wipes every hyperrealist piece of slop out of existence

this is one of my favorite levels ever because of how thought-provoking and philosophical it is. menace holds so much meaning and is generally really unique, in terms of pretty much everything about it and im all here for it

wow, from the song, to the poem, to the gameplay, and the unique and varied designs throughout, this is seriously some fantastic work. the fact that this only took 3 weeks to deco kinda blows my mind tbh, this is the kind of level that makes me hope i can be a level creator in another life, 10/10 one of the best levels on the list for sure. super excited to see whizkid get his first list verification!
