Former President Donald Trump addressed voters at a campaign rally in Charlotte, North Carolina, Wednesday. Trump's campaign is turning its attention to Vice President Kamala Harris since President Biden announced he was dropping out of the 2024 race. CBS News campaign reporter Taurean Small has more.
