There's more than enough nurses. There is a shortage of hospitals who treat nurses ethically. They want lots of dumb new grads to exploit.

Beaumont Hospital has some suspect hiring practices at its Deaborn facility. The facility advertises urgent hiring but it's a setup for nurses. They need to weed out the bad staff with unprofessional ways or this new crop of nurses will be ineffective.

I hope they don’t discriminate against black and brown students which is very common in nursing programs! I did notice only white students!

There's plenty of nurses. Nurses just won't work for the low pay and poor working conditions.
