I love all your videos you're such a great father and your dogs are so sweet and amazing. I've always wanted a dog not only as a companion but to protect me also. I live in the city and it's hard being a girl and having to walk/jog alone sometimes especially with all the bad things happening around my area recently. I also want to feel protected when i'm home alone! But I don't know the first thing about dogs I've always been a cat person and my cat wouldnt hurt a fly....lol

she is a great trainer!!!!  her dad can rest assure when she grows up, nobody will mess with her!!!  Plus any boys will have to be acceptable according to the Shepherds AND Dad!! Way to go!  =)

I think it's the best breed for a family dog. we have had German Shepard dogs for over 50 years in our family.

DDRPROGSD1 i just want to tell you this... when i was 5 i found a German Shepherd puppy in a box on the side of the road she mush of been only 6 maybe 7 weeks old and i brought her home with me and my mum and we fed her by hand and i loved her as a child could. i named her lassie (i know wrong breed but i loved that show when i was little) but she never left our home, and one day she followed me and my mum (she managed to get out) to my school (i was 10 at this time) 2 men (builders) was walking towards us holding hammers and lassie started to bark/growl at them while having her back towards me and my mum but she never attacked just circling us till the men went away. all i can say is that lassie never had training other than the basics like sit, stay, lie down, she always had her in-stinks to protect us. she died 3 years ago i'm now 28, she died at a very old age but i still love her every day and i will miss her so much x.

I know it is well trained.... But if that dog missed the tissue, that could cause some serious injuries to the girl, but I cant lie it is a pretty beautiful dog. Also that little girl training the dog, its amazing and she's only 5!
