One of the most interesting sets with licensing issues like these is the 75916 Dilophosaurus Ambush. The original set was the red/grey Jurassic Park Jeep (there is a picture online of the prototype set) but they changed the colours to white and blue like the other Jurassic World vehicles and the front, to make it less similar to a Jeep Wrangler.

3:36 fun fact, in the spanish dub for Jaws the movie was called "Tiburón" witch is shark in spanish.

Another one you missed was found in the home alone set. In that set their is a sticker with Michael Jordan and on his jersey it says bricks instead on bulls. Which references the Chicago bulls team which Micheal Jordan played on back then.

Since we’re talking about the unlicensed car for Iron Man, don’t forget Vulture’s van also went unlicensed for the Homecoming sets and Ant-Man’s van for Endgame

Cole has an AC/DC shirt in a LEGO NINJAGO MOVIE set. It's written in Ninjargon so it's definitely unlicensed

Neat video! Here are a few I know of: In the Marvel set "Detroit Steel Strikes, " agent Coulson's flying car, aka "Lola, " is an unlicensed C1 Chevy Corvette. It's pretty blatant since that car was an iconic part of Marvel's Agents of Shield series and anyone who knows anything about Lola knows exactly what it's supposed to be. The set with Ghost Rider's car is also pretty clearly supposed to be a Dodge Charger, which is what he drives in a lot of official media, and the build of it is very similar to official Lego Dodge Chargers.

There's also another unlicensed Tony Stark car in the armory set iirc, his hot rod with flame paint, which is a 1932 Ford,
and one of the original Lego Avengers sets had a beige military truck which is not only an unlicensed Humvee, but an official Lego military vehicle!

In 2002 Leo Studios also included a halloween theme line. A small series of sets with Universal Monsters. It didn't say Universal Monsters but its kinda obvious, they just a set for the werewolf, the mummy, the Frankenstein monster and a vampire. Now that I think of it, it would seem that a later line called "Monster fighters" was a remake for that

Most studios instructions include snapshots from other movies in Lego form like Jaws, Jurassic Park and Indiana Jones. They use Johnny Thunder as Indiana Jones unsurprisingly.

While not in the set, I found it funny how the promo stop-motion video for The Beatles' Yellow Submarine set was not able to use any actual songs by the Beatles, so they used imitation soundalikes loosely mimicking the songs 'Yellow Submarine', 'Hey Bulldog', 'Taxman' and 'A Day In The Life'.

(Also a bit strange as Taxman was not used the movie)
