The funniest thing about this was that I tried to contact customer support via email, got an email saying to use the support fourm instead, and then got the same error message on the support fourm, meaning I couldn't use it.

Yea this was happening to me I thought I was the only one so I searched it up deleted it then downloaded it back and it was still happening then I went to my settings and deleted all my cookies
