Trump gleefully 'trolls' Democrats by endorsing two candidates in upcoming New York primaries

Former President Donald Trump has facetiously inserted himself in the House Democratic primary races in New York - endorsing two Democrats for office.

The former president released a statement on his Truth Social account, endorsing Dan Goldman and Carolyn Maloney in their respective races.

"Lawyer Dan Goldman is running for Congress, NY-10, and it is my great honor to Strongly Endorse him. I do this not because of the fact that he headed up the Impeachment Committee and lost, but because he was honorable, fair, and highly intelligent," Donald Trump wrote.

The former president's "trolling" didn't stop there.

He also seemingly gave a back-handed endorsement to Representative Carolyn Maloney, who is facing a tough primary campaign against Jerrold Nadler.

He’s doing exactly what everyone expects him to do, which is to do the unexpected: he’s feared so deeply because he can’t be predicted, and that which can’t be predicted cannot be controlled.

I’m laughing at his endorsements of democrats and that they’re taking the bait like the sucker fish they are, hook, line and sinker. By even acknowledging him, they give him more power.
