Hello, the video practically explains everything.

To summarize, my dad was in a terrible bicycle accident that left him a person with quadriplegia. There was a window to help my dad; if we didn't, he would remain paralyzed for the rest of his life. Because we live in America, every step to get him this vital physical therapy has put my parents in a financially terrifying position. From having to purchase a $50,000 wheelchair-accessible vehicle due to the insurance that they paid $1400 a month for (for many, many years) failing them, and the lack of any form of public transportation or services to help him get to the physical therapy they are now paying out of pocket for, and due to this accident leaving both my parents out of a job... They need your help. Thank you for your time, and we do appreciate anyone who donates.

(We live in times where we as citizens are underpaid, underappreciated, and forced to pay the incredibly high artificially inflated prices greedy "businessmen" have made for us, so please hear me when I say, only donate if you feel you can.)

Edit November 23rd: I was planning to take this video down as soon as the GoFundMe was done and my parents were all situated but I think I'm going to keep it up instead. I feel that what I discuss in the video shouldn't be forgotten. We shouldn't be forced to rely on a system that is so flawed we instead go for an approach that requires us to beg others in similar situations for help. In my case, a lucky circumstance where an audience is available to hear my dad's story... a position not given to many. This shouldn't be the only reason why my dad received help but unfortunately it is despite the ridiculous amounts of money we’ve poured into this “insurance”. Healthcare shouldn't be considered a pay-to-win feature where even if you pay, you lose. America has to do better.

Edit: Within an hour, we have already raised 30k for my dad. That is so- I don't even know how to put it into words. That is awesome and a little crazy to me. Thank you all so much. I'm sure we will hit the goal soon.

Edit 2: WE REACHED THE GOAL! Thank you all so much. I'm a bit in shock because of how fas that was and how willing people were to support. You all are amazing. Once I confirm my parents are situated, I will get back to work and get you the content I now owe you for helping us out so much and so fast. Again, thank you all so much. I guess I'll leave the video up to rack in any more funds via YouTube for my parents. I'll also be ending the donation button via gofund me because if i don’t, i don’t think you all will stop donating haha.

A couple years ago I was in a very bad accident resulting in 2nd degree burns on half my body... My health insurence literally refused to pay out more than 200$ for treatment. My family Set up a go fund me for me since i had been between jobs at the time with less than 500$ to my name. Thanks to that outreach they raised $4000 to help cover almost all of the expenses. TLDR Im so sorry that this happened to your father Id love to give more than this but hopfully it will be enough. Stay strong man gods looking out for you and your family!
