Mere phela phone redmi note 5 pro tha maine update kiya to camera quality and sab kharab hua tha uss time phir maine research kiya ki phone companies jaan buch ke esa karti hai taki new phone bike and Maine phir poco x 3 pro liya tha ek saal phele aaj tak update nahi kiya and bina update ke acha chal raha hai kabhi kabhi ghost touches dekh ne milte hai.

Bro not only poco, OnePlus 8t users also facing vertical line issue on display after updating to Android 12 ( including me). Some of the user get free replacement ( out of warranty). Mine is in the service center and they say they will contact me if they get any response from higher authorities. Almost 4 day passed no response from them. Don't know why brand do this kind of thinks after depositing so much money on it. Really bad experience. OnePlus user please wait and check properly on the update and them update your device

To those who are thinking to buy POCO phones let me tell you one thing. I bought poco x3 pro last year and after one year of usage it's dead now. I faced a lot of problems like touch issue, sensor issues while calling and the overheating. POCO provides a powerful chipset but a motherboard of a very poor quality.I'll advise u to read the reviews of those who were using poco x3 pro, you'll get to know better.Also, if you have any problem with the phone and if it's within the warranty period then the service centre will deny to repair it or replace it by saying that your phone is physically damaged. At last the miui is the worst and also the updates which eventually is the reason for my phone being dead.

I'm an aged person and a senior musician (certified by All India Radio) by profession (as it's reflected in my channel here). I'm neither a Camera-Enthusiast nor interested in gamming. Generally, I use my smartphone only to take & make calls, view news/videos (like yours) in YouTube and online purchase. Only one tough job I perform through my phone, i.e. sometimes I have to create/edit my raw music-files which usually exceed 1.5gb - 2gb in volume ! Sometimes music-videos are also been done with it where my laptop/P.C. isn't available outside. This is the nature of my smartphone usage. I'm using POCO-F1 8gb/256gb for last 3 yrs which is still working fine. Now I need to purchase a new phone as I have to handover my POCO-F1 to my son for an urgency. I'm confused in thinking to purchase MOTO G-82 (5g) or POCO F4 (5g), but being disappointed and afraid by noticing the videos about POCO's recent blunders !! So, can you provide any suggestion about a performance-centric smartphone which I can purchase after using POCO-F1 8gb/256gb ?

Just after 10 months of buying i installed custom roms on my redmi note 7 . works best, its been 3 yrs now . those who were using miui, couldnt use it more than 2 yrs . But this poco x3 pro has PMIC chip issue, custom roms also cant help it . its a hardware issue . it can die anytime

Hardly buyed Poco x3 pro..
Only 12month motherboard dead..
Now I passed matric need money money no chance for new device..
Using 2017 vivo 5s....

Dude poco was my favourite but after my friend told me that his poco X2 started glitching and after that when I saw some vids about that my value for poco just decreased af and now my favourites are iqoo and oneplus

My phone was dead just 2 days before, i suggest not to buy any MI device. 20k is alot for any middle class boy, my parents where suggesting to buy Samsung but i go against my parents and buy poco x3 pro which was by biggest mistake

It was NOT a software issue but a hardware one. Idk if you've been misinformed but this was due to a bad quality control from poco. The pmic was faulty. I was on a custom rom and my phone still died.

Mine had major ghost touch issue but I also got Redmi Note 10 Pro (as a replacement unit).
PS- So, am I happy? Well, I am just missing the gaming performance of POCO X3 Pro otherwise the Camera is excellent on the Redmi Note 10 Pro.

lekin un users ke sath bahot bura hua jinka warranty k baad dead hua aur unse poco ne 12k rupey mange mitherboard ke

I bought poco x3 pro on 5 july 2021 it was smooth at first impression but after some time lagging issue heating issues everything I It got bricked automatically ik dec I took it to service centre they repaired it free of cost... After that it again got bricked on 14 june something.. I took it to sc they replaced it with redmi note 10 pro.... Guys pls don't go for this phone if u use it... It will surely brick

I was lucky enough because it briked 2nd time 20 days before Warrenty over

Mera poco x3 hai.. miui update karne k baad mera cera hi krp ho gaya.. customer care main gaya tha oh log bolte hai muder board se problem hai..
Main miui ki service and feedback main sms kiya tha toh muje ajj tak replay nehi mila
