EMARATAX -HOW TO LOG IN FIRST TIME / login new platform and reset password

Simple steps ……how to log in or transition to new Emara tax platform.
If you already have an account with the FTA, then you need to do is reset your password the first time to login to the new platform.
They are very simple… and watch steps..
2. Step two , After clicking the E- services button , you will get an option to reset password. Click ‘Reset Password , No need to write email address or password.
3. After click rest password you will get an option to enter your registered email address & security code ; then click on ‘Continue’ to reset your password.
4 Step 4 , You will receive an email containing a temporary one time password and an activation link.
5 Step , 5 Click on the activation link to login to EmaraTax using the temporary password
6 Create a new password then proceed to the onboarding screens
Start use all new and existing features .

I am stucked, I already created new credentials but upon login it is showing CREATE NEW TAXABLE PERSON PROFILE, we already have account in FTA. Any help please
