L tampons are a fail for heavy flow. This is why most people have no choice but to gravitate towards other brands. It’s not practical when you’ve got to change every two hours with L. If you’re at work or can’t move cuz you’re tied up. I’ve had major accident with L

I’m still searching for a better alternative. I’ve got endometriosis so it’s a struggle. If you’ve have any better options that you can recommend ova L I’m al for it.

I have tampex pearls light regular and super .... tampex pure cotton in regular super...
Kotex regular super super + playtex sport in regular.... and I have l brand organic tampons in regular super and pads night and day lol other pads period underwear reusable cups disc lol so I can use what ever I plz lol I'm.doing the battle of the organic tampons lol 😆 😂 🤣
