Demeo Is A VR Tabletop Dungeon Crawler And It's AWESOME

I check out Demeo using the Oculus Quest 2 in this gameplay and review video! Demeo is a turn based tabletop dungeon crawling adventure which can be played solo or as a group of four co-operatively. Demeo releases on the 6th May on Quest, Quest 2 and Steam. It will be coming to Rift and as a flat version on Steam in the near future.

*Update!* My brother and I played D&D when were young with our childhood friends. He didn't know much about VR, so a few days ago I bought him a Quest 2 for his 40th birthday (with Demeo already purchased on it for him as a 2nd gift ☺️) We played Demeo all night! We lived our childhoods out in VR, just like we were kids again 😁 Virtual Reality is incredible.

My dad, and I, now play golf together all the time in VR. My mom, and I now go fishing together on Sundays and talk about our week (A Quest 2 was her Mothers Day gift!). Now my brother, and I, are trying to get our entire family in a Demeo game together. 😁 I apologize for the lengthy edit, but VR/Quest 2 is patching up our family together after so many years. We needed a way to connect at our ages, now we finally have one. ❤️❤️❤️

A VR version of something like the old Dungeon Keeper game, where one guy controls the dungeon & monsters like a RTS and the party of other players hack-n-slashes through in first-person, all in real-time, would be amazing.

I played this with my son. I had the Rift S and he had the Quest 2. We started with his fully charged and got all the way through the dungeon on the third try. (we died the first two times.) It was a blast. We were laughing and having fun. This game is a VR hit. Can't wait for more content.

VR just needs more board games. It is a blast playing settlers of Catan with friends and family hundreds of miles away. I'm left scratching my head why there are only a few. A game like Warhammer or 40k, a miniature battle game or skirmish game, would be pretty cool also. Anything small like this is pretty cool.
