Only giving kids a 15 minute lunch.. even when they’re that young.. doesn’t seem right lol. I mean alone it’s teaching them at a young age to eat as much as possible as quick as possible and that could be problematic for some kids and teach them bad eating habits.

I learned something while in America. One of the reason student obesity is so high is because our lunch times are so short. It negatively encourages fast eating, and over eating due to not being able to be full, which loads us up on extra and not needed food. Since we don’t have many extracurricular activities other than football, most of us can’t burn off those extra calories. If you look at other countries with a healthier student obesity rate, you’ll see they have longer lunches
