On that 2nd book, Amazon would not be following their own "conditions" by listing as Very Good if in fact the item may be missing a dust cover. According to "conditions" missing dust cover can only be rated an Acceptable.

Hi Steve, thanks for your great videos...I started selling books FBA a couple months ago and I have a question maybe you could answer? I see these book sellers that have, say, 800+feedback for the past year....how are they getting so much feedback if we are not supposed to ask for feedback? I was thinking of putting a small "thank-you for purchasing...I'm a new seller...could you spare a moment to leave me feedback?" note within each of my books. Is this a no-no?

I have stayed away from books or products with Amazon on the listing b/c I thought I couldn’t compete with them. Looks like you still pick a book with Amazon on listing. What is your reasoning pls?

Pretty complicated without seeing the actual scanner. Maybe make another with actual fees and app interface?

the baseball book in paperback has an amazing rank (sub 1, 000), but the hardback is at 1.7 million. Assuming you bought the HB for 2.00, this is an easy buy. The HB probably has a bad rank because it's priced too high. It'll sell quick with a price closer to $15. Marginal profits but there's money there imo. Amazon is selling the HB new for$50! huge price difference!
I'm still a novice but if I had this book, I'd sell this book at 15 as a hardback. Thoughts? Question is, is someone willing to buy the used hardback for around 20 or 25 or get a brand new paperback from Amazon for 17 +tax?
