In this video, I show you how to get a lump sum settlement for your workers compensation case. I cover three different ways. Each of the ways involve varying levels of difficulty and effort on your part. I go into step by step instructions on how you can obtain a lump sum from a Stipulation with Request for Award.

I want to give a special thank you to my client who allowed me to use his case documents in this video. Of course his name is not John Doe, but we changed identifiers. THANK YOU!

Please note this information will only be relevant for injuries that are under the jurisdiction of California WCAB.

I was injured on the job, I’m receiving work comp weekly pay. I’ve already had a meniscus surgery from the insurance company but it hasn’t fixed the problem and now they are recommending a total knee replacement, I’m 35 years old and I really don’t want to do a total knee replacement. Does it seem like I’m in good position to receive a settlement? And does it seem like it would be a large amount?

Hello, greetings from Las Vegas, Nevada, a week ago I had my last medical evaluation. I understand that they gave me 25/percent since my lesson was in the head and they had to do surgery on my neck by putting a metal plate in my neck. the neck, what I see is that my back and neck were bad and I lost strength in both hands.

I signed a C&R settlement agreement with the insurance company. Am I supposed to wait 30 days from when I signed the documentation and turns them into the attorney or am I supposed to wait 30 days after the judge approves it? I was supposed to be reimbursed out of pocket expenses. I have yet to receive that or anything for that matter.
