Fun fact: On the album, after All Too Well there is the song called "22". Back in the day the fandom did not know why the hell she put two extremely different songs next to each other, but now that we have got the 10 minutes version of All Too Well we know that she did not have a fun 21st birthday because her boyfriend in that time did not go to her party. So she made sure that her 22nd birthday will be amazing, and this is an amazing parallel between the two songs I think, and it finaly makes sense that those two songs are next to each other.

I genuinely appreciate how respectful you are towards every artist you react to. Love your work and that you are just as much of a swiftie as we all are! <3

Funny you mentioned this might be Taylor Swift’s prime right now. Because that’s literally what I always think whenever she brings out a new album😂 she just keeps getting better every time.

just like you said so many times, a good performance doesn't have to be perfect, hitting all the notes, this performance shows exactly that, emotion is the key, story telling, letting the lyrics speaks for itself, she is a genius and deserves the spot that she is on!

It really astonishes me sometimes to watch her perform, but this was truly iconic! Performing a 10-minute song, while playing the guitar, without ANY lip-syncing, just raw emotions. The way she sings the bridge, with so much clarity and that is difficult when the pitch goes high. EXCELLENT. And I don't know if anyone noticed, but the entire light scheme matches the film- going from yellow (love) to blue (coldness) and finally red (regret), she is too genius for this earth
(She really got me feeling that 10 minutes are as less as a single minute 😂)

TAYLOR SWIFT.

you should definitely do more on her. i adore her and she gets so much unnecessary hate for her vocals, she's not whitney houston but she does well enough, she's fairly consistent, has good breath control, emotion (well she's a well known storyteller but it's not just her writing that tells us how she's feeling), she's always improving. you can tell her job is so important to her. she's a great live performer and i love her feminine tone and her stylistic choices. good stability aswell, im still in awe of her reputation stadium tour. this song is just stunning and i can't believe it went NO. a ten minute song at number 1, after years of old, mediocre men telling artists that fans don't care enough to listen to a full story in a song that's more than 3 minutes long. im not even certain if this is her prime, every time i think she's done the most she can she pushes it further, what a breathtaking career. she's done so much for the industry, new artists and artists who are already here are now encouraged to be more open and take more risks, to focus less on a catchy tune and more on the ART, the meaning. people should be making something they're proud of, connecting with others. fans only eat up those dumb tunes because they're not given anything else, we're more than capable of understanding more than that. we need to stop dimming people's lights. stop dumbing them down.

The short film was everything. Dylan and Sadie were incredible, they fit so well. i love this re recording era, eventhough she shouldn't have been forced into this position. i do hope that one day she'll buy back her originals but for now, what a business move, such an intelligent young woman. i love her so much. 😭

Thank you for this video Georgina!!!!

I think the imperfections make it have more impact. Taylor is such an amazing story teller, and that is part of it. Love your reactions.

Thank you for your reactions!! It used to be very hard for Taylor to sing this song in the beginning. During RED tour she often cried during the performance. But because this became the Swiftie anthem, it became a happy experience for her, hearing us scream the lyrics back to her. Now she loves performing the song.

The way anger sips through her words and looks is just so emotional. That part the red lights turned on - I shivered!

Her live performances are great, I feel they're sometimes even better than the studio versions!

So many people mistake belting/screaming for being "great singer" - no, a great singer is one who is musically gifted and has the capacity to express emotion through their voice, . Many allegedly great singers (belters) communicate no emotion. Contrast that with Taylor Swift - she doesn't have a huge voice, but she expresses so much color and emotion through her singing that she is far superior to many other singers that people rave about.

She was so tried, she stayed up all night to also perform another song for snl pre show and then this performance 🌷 she is vocally very very talented, and this song is the best song of all time for me

Brandi Carlile had a great quote where she said she'd rather be emotionally perfect than technically perfect. If it makes you FEEL something, that's what matters. Some nights your voice is way better than others. It's a human instrument.

I’ve been obsessing over this so thank you for giving me another excuse to listen to this again! Your insights are also great because I never would’ve noticed the country-vibe or the emulating she’s doing from that era of her life - Red Taylor, if you will. Thank you!

She's awesome and very likable. She sings and writes like a folk song. A storyteller. It's also neat her new "All Too Well (Taylors Version)"10 minute song hit #1 on the Billboard charts. She also hit a record for the longest #1 song on the chart. That "same" song (original short version) only hit #80 back in 2012 when it first landed on the Hot 100. Now it's #1. Bravo!!!

This totally is her prime! I’ve never loved her live performances more than now

Great reaction. I think the pitchy moments make it more human and heartfelt. Much better than when they use autotune to "perfect" performances.

Loved this. Also, we have to remember shes singing straight for 10 mins, im sure ones voice would get tired

Thank you for also pointing out when she went flat, etc.! You did so very kindly, but as someone who isn't educated in music, I appreciate honesty instead of the vocal coach only pointing out her most positive moments. Your approach to this was perfect. Thank you, and I agree, I loved it too.

I definitely think she wanted this performance to sound a bit frail or just emotional in general, because her performance of the same song at the premiere of the short film was simply perfect. No flat notes, no breath issues, just perfect, and very emotional as well, with the same strength in the belts, it was beautiful. I'd love it if you'd react to it as well, though the audio isn't as clear bc it's mostly fan recordings. Thank you for reacting to Taylor!!!
