My prestige alarm system remote starts .. but when I unlock the door and press the brake to put the car into drive after turning the ignition key twice the engine dies … every single time…so it’s not a true remote start as you have to start the car again manually in order to drive off… other thing is the remotes are really flimsy and are really easy to get damaged …the final thing is I cannot find any info anywhere on how to adjust the run time on the remote start ..it runs for 15 seconds then turns off which is not enough to warm up the engine …isn’t there someone in the entire universe who knows what to do ? Seems even the “brilliant engineers “ at prestige don’t know as they would have had that in the instructions manual
