Shannon is right. No Quarterback actively playing right now better than Mahomes.

Mahomes is so great!

How Mahomes won the game reminded me of Brady. Didn’t try to win it all in one play. Death by a thousand cuts. He’s grown so much mentally.

Y’all know what’s hilarious? The bills bitched so much about that OT loss to the chiefs a couple years ago and got the rules changed. Those rules are what led the chiefs to winning last night 💀

The clock on OT has no meaning since they keep playing until they score. These guys need to learn the new rules

The fact that he beat the Bills, Ravens, 49ers with the WR group that he has is what makes it even more crazy. BRUH HE’S HIM!!!!

Dan didn’t know the rule apparently? It was just the end of the quarter, and it would go to a second OT quarter

8 seconds left does not matter the Chiefs had 4 downs regardless of the time on the clock OT rules.

Dolphins, Bills, Ravens, 49ers !! That is one of If not the toughest roads to win !!!

It’s not just tiger woods in the “best start to a career” conversation. Magic Johnson had 3 nba championships, 2 finals mvps, 3 time nba assist leader, and 2 time nba steals leader in his first 7 seasons.

Patrick said we can definitely make the game easier for ourselves, but where’s the fun in that. He’s basically saying they can do what they want when they want.

Big Red should get a lot of credit too. Awesome play caller in the right moment

Crazy Brady went 10 years without ring and still got 7

Mahomes 3 SB wins were against the number one teams in the NFC. He had to overcome 10pt deficits in each. No past teams went through harder paths to the SB than the chiefs did this year. Extremely impressive.

Mahomes is the perfect storm of a QB: he brings you the stats of Marino & Peyton, the winning of Montana & Brady, the clutchness of a Elway & Brady, the highlight worthy plays of an Aaron Rodgers, the mobility of a Steve Young, the toughness & arm talents of Favre.

Odd for Dan to get that one wrong. It was only the first quarter of OT

Montana played in the pre-salary cap era. Apples and oranges comparison. The only comparisons that matter are the ones in the salary cap era where the league has parity between teams. And even then, Brady and Patriots gamed the system with Brady taking team-friendly deals and having the 10th-20th highest cap hit among QBs every year. Last year, Mahomes had the 2nd highest cap hit among QBs, this year the highest. If he had taken a team-friendly deal that made him the 10th highest cap hit for 2023, the Chiefs would have had an extra $18 mil to resign Juju and add someone like Deandre Hopkins. These last two SB wins have been very impressive.

When Dan says about the last play only having 8 seconds on the clock makes it sound like the game would have been over. It would only be end of quarter. In this case the game continues
